Pricing based upon number of beds and baths. Standard cleans can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. A first time clean is always scheduled as a Deep Clean.

Standard cleans consist of dusting in all rooms, floors vacuumed, swept, mopped, rugs shaken out and vacuumed, cleaning countertops; moving all items and cleaning underneath, clean/scrub sinks, wipe down all kitchen appliances, clean front of cabinets and drawers, wipe all horizontal surfaces, basic vacuum and wipe down of furniture, clean mirrors and spot clean glass, scrub tubs and showers, sanitize toilets and toilet areas, dust baseboards, clean exterior of washer and dryer, empty all trash bins.

All first-time cleans are considered deep cleans. Pricing based upon number of beds and baths.

Deep Clean includes all Standard Cleaning chores plus:

Dusting ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, wipe down of all baseboards and windowsills, spot cleaning walls, dust and wipe top of refrigerator and basic clean of inside of refrigerator, clean interior of microwave, wiping down inside of oven, changing out of towels, organizing of decorative pillows and blankets, wipe down legs of kitchen chairs and stools, wipe down and clean highchairs, clean out laundry sink.

-Vacuum and wet wipe your window tracks

-Deep Baseboard cleaning; wet wipe, scrub and wash your baseboards.

-Wipe down small marks and stains on your walls up to four feet.

-Make Beds

-Sweeping, dusting and vacuuming under beds

-Full clean-out of refrigerator including throwing out food, wiping down condiments, wiping down all shelves and drawers

-Hot-tub upkeep

-Basic toy clean-up

-Clean hard set water stains in kitchen and bathroom sinks, tubs, toilets and showers

-Sanitize all horizontal services

-Full wipe down outside (and inside around items) of kitchen drawers and cabinets

-Deep clean of oven

-Doing dishes and emptying dishwasher

-Clean inside of empty dishwasher

-Cleaning Interior windows

Move out cleans are considered deep cleans with basic trash removal and basic refrigerator and freezer clean outs.

-Extensive refrigerator and freezer clean out (throwing out large amounts of food and deep clean needed)

-Extensive pet hair/mess clean up

Move-out cleans do not include furniture removal of any kind nor do they include exterior window cleaning or any cleaning of basements, garages or outdoor sheds. We do not clean in homes that have infestation of molds, rodents, bugs, insects or pests or extensive trash.
